Group Outdoor & Beach Fitness Sessions

Upcoming Events

Small Commitment . Big Personal Result

As part of our term fitness, we get together and enter a fun run or walk to support a charity. In the past we have supported such charities as MS, Breast Cancer Research, Diabeties Awareness, local Suft Clubs, Rotary and local hospitals.  We aim to enter an event each term, sometimes two and we are open to any charity event suggestions.  If nothing takes your fancy below visit www.coolrunning.com.au or www.realbuzz.com.au, find something you like and we can train together to make sure you reach your fitness and event goal.

These events give you a great feeling of achievment and also give you a goal for your training sessions.  Some events we enter with our families and others we compete individually - it's up to you!   These events are purely optional and are just for a bit of fun.  If there is an event on our list you would like to enter, please let me know and we will get you into training.  There is something for everyone from now running up to Christmas - give something a go, you will love the feeling!

Here are a selection of upcoming events. Our next exciting event is coming up soon....

Triathlon Pink! My favourite.  This is a big fundraiser for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  There are three different courses, short, med & long.  Very safe and lots of fun.  The event takes place at Homebush for the Sydney ladies and in all the capital cities & some regional communities.  In Sydney we swim in the heated olympic pool and ride/run on streets cut off from traffic.  If you've always wanted to try a triathlon this is a wonderful starter.  Do it every year, you will love it.  www.triathlonpink,com.au
