Our Aim

Business principal, Tina Rutzou, is a Master Trainer with qualifications and certification in Specialist and Advanced Programming, Rehabilitation, Strength and Sports Conditioning, Women and Fitness, Sports Nutrition and Nutrition. Also a qualified Punchfit and outdoor fitness trainer. While having two children Tina graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Graduate Diploma in Sport Management.  Health and fitness have always been a part of life for Tina with 30 years in competitive sports such as Netball, Beach Volleyball and Tri-athlon. Her passion for fitness and a healthy life is inspiring and contageous!

  

At Beachside Personal Fitness we aim to cater to everyone's needs and give lots of variety to your workouts.  We run and walk on the sand and on the road, up stairs, up sand dunes, push-ups, dips, squats, lunges and in the summer months we finish each session in the pool.

 

At Beachside Personal Fitness we aim to make fitness and exercise enjoyable and part of life.  We are flexible and happy to start new sessions as required.  Health and fitness needs to be a part of our everyday life so we can all avoid heart disease, osteoporosis, stroke, diabetes and obesity just on the health side and also so we can play with the kids or the dog, ride a bike, run round the block - simply enjoy life longer!

  

Tina has a regular spot on TVSN (the television shopping channel) promoting the health and fitness benefits of exercise.  You can also read articles written by Tina in such magazines as Good Health & Medicine and Womens Fitness.

  

 

The early morning sessions are a great way to start the day and be home before breakfast.  The kayak and walk fit sessions are designed so you have time to drop the kids at school and then enjoy some time to yourself.  We are able to tailor any session to you according to your fitness needs.  Fitness Australia accredited and insured.

Whatever your schedule, we have a session to fit - or we'll just make one!
